Will Bartle

Property Manager/Principal

A native of the Charlotte area, Will is 3rd generation real estate professional and has worked across the Real Estate field including residential sales, management, development, construction and in-house consulting. Will graduated from prestigious Mercersburg Academy in central Pennsylvania and then graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Financial Management. While at Clemson Will studied Spanish and Economics abroad at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito in Ecuador. Furthering his international career Will spent several years working and living throughout the U.S. and abroad for a large multinational shipping company. Upon returning to Charlotte in 2001, Will was able to renew his passion for real estate by purchasing, renovating, and managing several properties both as personal investments and with partners. Will is a licensed Realtor and currently a candidate for the Residential Management Professional designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers. In 2008 Will founded Indigo Residential Management in order to share his knowledge and experience gained through several years of experience with Charlotte property owners and tenants.

Amber Martin

Assistant Property Manager

Indigo Residential Management is pleased to announce the addition of our newest Assistant Property Manager, Amber Martin. Amber came to us highly recommended having previously been a project manager for one of Charlotte’s oldest and most reputable general contracting company. Before being a project manager, Amber was previously the coordinator for a full service real estate firm in the Charlotte area and engaged in many aspects of property management field, from building owner relationships, tenant retention services, and maintenance coordinating. Amber is involved with several organizations throughout the year such as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Walk, Foundation for Fighting Blindness Vision Walk, Habitat for Humanity and volunteering at the Men’s Shelter of Charlotte. Amber is originally from Rockford, Illinois and has lived in many places throughout the United States but considers Charlotte home. She studied art and psychology at Arkansas State University.
